Who do I contact for a missing grade?
Submit a “Missing Grade” complaint via University student services; access the interface through STS or start from the Student Services page.
Changes to Enrolment or Records
How do I request for deferment?
Deferment is handled under AAD Academic Support & Services—follow the guidance and submit any required documentation within the stated window.
How do I request resumption after deferment?
At the end of your deferment, resume according to AAD/College instructions and timelines. Confirm any clearances with your College Academic Office.
How do I request withdrawal and refund?
Follow AAD procedures and published deadlines; start from AAD Resources and contact AAD for current forms and timelines.
How do I request for change of programme?
Change of Programme appears under AAD Academic Support & Services with stated requirements and timelines.
How do I request for correction of name or date of birth?
AAD publishes official notices and requirements (e.g., Gazette, Ghana Card, Police Clearance, Deed Poll). Always follow the latest notice.
