Collection of Gowns (YET TO UPDATE)

Graduands are to first register for the congregation online and make payment before proceeding to collect their gowns at the relevant locations and on scheduled dates:

                               ALL Graduate Programmes in COH, except those in UGBS and UGSoL

                                                            B. College of Education:

 1. PhD/Mphil/MPH/MSc/MA        Respective Schools in COE

                                                            C. College of Health Sciences:

     1. PhD/Mphil/MPH/MSc/MA            At respective schools

                                                            D. College of Basic and Applied Sciences:

     1. PhD/Mphil/MSc/MA                At respective schools

PERIOD FOR COLLECTION OF GOWNS

From Friday, 10-24th July, 2026

RETURN OF GOWNS 

You will be charged a penalty of GhC250.00 if you fail to return your gown within 24 hours after your session. Subsequently, you will be charged GhC50.00 per week in addition to the initial penalty.
