Examination Policies and Procedures
- Registration: Students must register for their courses through the university's online portal to be allowed to undertake assessments and examinations. It is essential to complete the registration process within the specified deadlines.
- Examination Timetable: The timetable for examinations is released well in advance, providing students with ample time to prepare. Students are advised to review the timetable carefully and ensure they are aware of their examination dates and venues.
- Admittance to Exams: Students are required to present their student identification cards to gain entry into the examination hall. Latecomers will be denied entry.
- Conduct During Examinations: Academic integrity is of utmost importance. Students must adhere to the university's code of conduct, avoid any form of malpractice, and follow the instructions of invigilators and other examination officials.
- Results and Grading: Examination results are released through the university's secure online academic portal. Students can access their grades and academic records, and any discrepancies should be reported to the specific Course Examiners involved promptly.
