Collection of Certificates
Graduands who registered for Congregation are required to present their UG student identification card (or UG provisional ID), sign, and personally collect their certificates. The collection points for academic gowns will be the same points for their return, and the collection of certificates till 8th August, 2025.
Subsequently, collection can be carried out at the Students Services and Records Unit in Room D8 of the Academic Affairs Directorate, and it must be done in person.
Non-registered Graduands have to book an appointment on the STS portal to collect their certificates after 11th August, 2025.
Graduates have a grace period of exactly six (6) months from the date of their congregation ceremony to collect their Academic Certificates without incurring any additional charges. After this six-month period, graduates will be required to pay a penalty equivalent to the prevailing University of Ghana graduation fee for certificate collection.
Please be informed that the Academic Certificate is irreplaceable. It is advisable to make copies and store the original in a secure location.
