Graduands are to first register for the congregation online and make payment before proceeding to collect their gowns at the relevant locations and on scheduled dates:

RETURN OF GOWNS 

You will be charged a penalty of GhC250.00 if you fail to return your gown within 24 hours after your session. Subsequently, you will be charged GhC50.00 per week in addition to the initial penalty.
