
Dr Edward Korveh
About
Edward Korveh joined the Department of Mathematics as a Lecturer on 1st September 2024. He holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Ghana & AIMS Ghana, a double MSc in Complex Systems Science from the University of Warwick (UK) & Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden), an MSc in Mathematical Sciences from the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS Ghana) & University of Ghana, and a BSc in Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is an ERASMUS MUNDUS, ERASMUS+, and a DAAD scholar. Edward is passionate about the teaching of Mathematics and has experience in teaching Mathematics at various levels of the academic ladder. He is also passionate about research and his research interest is Stochastic Optimal Control with applications in Finance and related fields.
