About

Dr Ernest Darkwah is a Senior lecturer at the department and the current head of the Industrial and Organisational Psychology programme. He is also the Patron of the University of Ghana Association of Psychology Students (UNIGAPS) and a Tutor at the Jubilee Hall and International Students Hostels at the University of Ghana.  Dr Darkwah is a 2019 Fellow of the Partnership for Africa’s Next Generation of Academics (PANGEA) at Stellenbosch University, South Africa and a Teaching Fellow on the Erasmus+ programme at Ankara University in Turkey. His research interests are in Occupational Health Psychology, Workplace Health Promotion and Public Health.
