About
Dr Collins Badu Agyemang is a Senior Faculty in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and Director of the Pan-African Doctoral Academy at the University of Ghana. A licensed consultant psychologist and chartered Human Resource Practitioner, he bridges research, practice, and policy to advance human and institutional development. His expertise covers workplace psychology, mental health, HR management, professional ethics, and employee assistance programs, with a reputation for translating psychological science into practical solutions for organisational growth and wellbeing. A former President of the Ghana Psychological Association, he now serves as incoming President of the Pan African Psychology Union. He has advised national and international bodies, including Ghana’s COVID-19 Response Team and the WHO Decade of Healthy Ageing project. Founder of PsycUP Business Solutions, Collins has led interventions across Africa, managed teams of diverse sizes, and mentored emerging leaders. His academic rigour and practical insight make him a trusted voice in psychology and HR.
