About

Dr. Abigail Ansere Buertey teaches in the Department of Mental Health of the School of Nursing and Midwifery. She has over 5 years teaching experience in higher education. Prior to joining the University of Ghana School of Nursing and Midwifery, she held various positions, including being in charge of a community psychiatric unit and regional mental health unit.

Education and Qualification

She also received as part of her education a degree program in research practicum at the Faculty of Nursing, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Abigail has overseen numerous dissertations at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
