About
Gilbert K. M. Tietaah is a senior lecturer at the Department of Communication Studies. He holds a PhD from the Institute of African Studies, University of Ghana. He also has post-graduate diploma and MPhil degrees in Communication Studies (University of Ghana) and a BA (Secretaryship) degree (University of Cape Coast). Between 2000 and 2004, he was programmes officer (Research & Publications) with the Media Foundation for West Africa, a media rights/free expression NGO. The courses he is teaching this (second) semester are: Development Communication, Health Communication, and Political Economy of Communication. He is also currently examinations officer and academic adviser at the department.
