About
Prof. Owusu joined the teaching staff of the department in n1987 as a lecturer and has worked through the ranks, handling several subjects such as play analysis and interpretation, history of the theatre, directing, playwriting, and theatre management. He currently handles graduate programs, especially Philosophy of Theatre, Form and Structure in African Drama at Ph.D. level and Performance Theory and Playwriting Laboratory at the Masters' level. Prof. Owusu is an accomplished playwright and director, having received several awards in African Drama,
