Dr. Richmond Coleman

Dr. Richmond Acquah-Coleman is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and an Employee Wellness Consultant. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and an MPhil in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon. Dr. Acquah-Coleman is a Lecturer at the Department of Psychology, University of Ghana, Legon. Prior to joining the University, he was the Registrar of the African University College of Communications (AUCC), Accra after serving as the Director of Human Resources and Institutional development as well as a Lecturer in that same University. As an academic, Dr Acquah-Coleman has taught several courses in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, General Psychology and Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He has attended and presented research papers at local and international conferences, workshops, and seminars. As an Employee Wellness Consultant, Dr. Acquah-Coleman has consulted for notable international and local organizations on issues of employee stress and wellbeing, Organizational Behaviour, Change Management as well as employee recruitment and selection. Dr. Acquah-Coleman is a licensed Industrial and Organizational Psychologist and an Executive Member of the Ghana Psychological Association.
