Dr. Joana Larry-Afutu

Joana Larry-Afutu (nee, Afful), PhD., is a lecturer and a licensed Clinical Psychologist. She also has a background in Human Resource Development. Dr. Larry-Afutu has over twelve years full time clinical practice experience with the Ghana Armed Forces and part time clinical and human development experience with key sectors in Ghana. Through these experiences, she has done pioneering research work in the area of military mental health. She is a member of the Ghana Psychological Association and is currently the leader of the Clinical/Health Division of the Association.
