Assist. Comm'r of Police (ACP) Dr. Frank Kwashie Hukporti is a German trained Bandmaster from the University of Bayreuth where he obtained his PhD. His M.Phil, B.Mus and Dip. Mus. were all obtained from University of Ghana, Legon. Currently, he is the Director of Bands for Ghana Police Service, where he supervises all police bands in the county. A part-time lecturer (Orchestration and Orchestral Techniques) at the Music Dept. University of Ghana. His research interest is using pentecostal praise songs for Martial Music dubbed, "Musical Domestication" He is also the founder and coordinator of Brass Band Festival at Klikor-Agbosume.
