Yvonne Ayerki Lamptey, PhD, CIHRMP
Director
Yvonne Ayerki Lamptey holds a PhD in Business Studies, a Master of Philosophy in Human Resource Management (HRM), and a Bachelor of Science in HRM. She is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana (CIHRMP), and affiliated to the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
She has extensive experience in both teaching and the practice of HRM, working with local and international organizations across Europe, US, and Africa.
Yvonne also serves as a consultant and delivers training for private and public institutions in management, with a particular focus on HRM.
Her passion lies in developing HRM systems and strategies, as well as digitalizing processes for private and international organizations. Additionally, she is a listed mediator and arbitrator with the National Labour Commission.
