Photocopy of driver's license (Front and Back) **NO TEMPORARY LICENSE ACCEPTED**
Photocopy of student identity (Front and Back)
Proof of Academic Registration of courses
SPECIAL CASES:
If student doesn't bear the same surname with the car owner,
Provide a proof of relationship between owner of car and student using the car. (Example, copy of birth Certificate, Marriage certificate or affidavit confirming relationship)
