Mrs. Ruby V. Kodom is a distinguished healthcare professional with over twelve years of experience as a registered general nurse, in health insurance administration and academia. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of South Africa, where she integrates her practical knowledge with research to advance healthcare delivery and education.
As a lecturer at the University of Ghana, she focuses on health services management, health planning, environmental management, and business communication. Her teaching combines real-world scenarios with theoretical frameworks to equip future healthcare leaders and environmental managers.
