About
Ebenezer Darkwah Odame is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Distance Education at the University of Ghana. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Geography and Resource Development from University of Ghana, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Geography at the University of South Africa. His expertise spans health geography, inclusive urban development, and distance education. Ebenezer has contributed to multiple collaborative research projects, including studies on civil society roles, the state of Ghana’s environment, Planting for Food and Jobs (PFJ) and One District One Factory (1D1F), higher education infrastructure, and blended learning models. As a leader, he heads the Course Development and Production Unit in the Department of Distance Education. Ebenezer brings a wealth of experience in academic research, stakeholder engagement, and consultancy, making him a valuable contributor to advancing distance education and educational technology in Ghana.
