Undergraduate Admissions

Overview

The Dance Studies Department welcomes passionate and creative individuals who seek to explore dance as both a performance art and a field of academic study. We offer undergraduate and graduate programs that combine practical training with theoretical knowledge, nurturing well-rounded artists, educators, and researchers.

Applicants are expected to demonstrate a strong interest in dance through prior experience, auditions, or portfolios, depending on the level of study. Admission is based on meeting the University of Ghana’s general entry requirements, along with program-specific evaluations where necessary.
