- Log in to DiGradSys (Click here)
- Enter your full UG email address as your Username.
- Enter your Student ID as your Password.
- Click Log In.
- Register Your Facial Biometric Data
On your first login, you will be required to register your face.- Ensure you are in a well-lit area.
- Look directly at the camera.
- Remove hats, caps, or other items covering your face.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the facial registration.
- Once registration is successful, your portal will be activated for use.
- View Your Examination Timetable
From the menu on the left-hand side of the portal:
Timetable → Exam Timetable → Display Exam Timetable
Your scheduled examinations will appear in a table showing the relevant exam date, time, and venue.
IMPORTANT
Check your DiGradSys portal regularly for updates or changes to your examination date, time, and venue.
