WES Evaluation

All requests for WES evaluation of academic records must now be made through the STS portal: https://sts.ug.edu.gh.

The fee for electronically sending your transcript/academic records to WES is 10 US dollars per academic program, payable via the STS portal.

Once payment is made, please upload the following documents on the portal to complete your request:

• A scanned copy of your degree certificate(s)
• A signed copy of your filled Academic Records Request Form from WES

We will begin processing your request as soon as all required documents are submitted via the portal.

Please note: 

• WES requests are processed within two weeks.
• The University of Ghana wishes to remind all stakeholders, including graduates, credential evaluation agencies, and partner institutions, that official academic records are transmitted exclusively through the approved Quatrix platform under the University's established data transfer arrangements. The University does not send academic documents to credential evaluation agencies by email, and only communications originating from official University email addresses with the@ug.edu.gh domain should be regarded as authentic and authorized. Stakeholders are advised to verify the legitimacy of any document transmission requests and to rely solely on the University's approved verification channels.
