WES Evaluation

The fee for electronically sending your transcript/academic records to WES is 10 US dollars per academic program. We kindly ask that you make this payment through our online system. To do so, please follow this link: https://sts.ug.edu.gh/academicrecords/.

Once the payment is complete, kindly notify us via email at (academic@ug.edu.gh) to confirm the payment. 
Additionally, please ensure you send us a signed copy of your Academic Records Request form from WES, your WES reference number, and specify the degree we are to send.

Please include clean, scanned copies of your certificate(s) if you wish to have them sent to WES as well.

We will begin processing your request as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment.

 NB: PLEASE DO NOT MAKE WES VERIFICATION REQUESTS ON THE STS PORTAL (i.e. - at sts.ug.edu.gh)
