Deals with the complex issues that create the need to explore effective and sustainable approaches to the regulation of emerging issues of the financial sector. It addresses issues of financial insolvency, regulatory enforcement, corporate governance, and anti-money laundering.

Provides specialized in-depth, legal and practical training in upstream, downstream and renewable energy from recognized industry academics along with experienced industry practitioners; and equips students with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet current and evolving developments in the industry.

The Centre for Social Policy Studies was established in 1996 at the University of Ghana  to influence social policymaking and practice through research, teaching and advocacy. 

Through social policy research, the centre provides empirical evidence for policy interventions to improve the well-being of all people, including the socially and economically disadvantaged.
