The Department of Organisation and Human Resource Management (OHRM) is focused on teaching, research and extension series in the areas of Human Resource Management (HRM), organisational sciences, strategy, project management and legal issues as they relate to businesses and institutions.

The Department of Finance is one of the six academic departments of the University of Ghana Business School. The Department of Accounting in the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) is at the forefront of skills development in the areas of corporate and individual financial record keeping and management of all organizations.
