Prof. Frederick Vuvor is an Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Ghana, with expertise in biochemical, physiological, and clinical nutrition. His teaching and research focus on understanding the relationship between nutrition, physiological function, and health. Through his academic and professional work, he contributes to the training and development of students and to advancing knowledge in nutrition and health.
