About

Dr. Gloria Ethel Otoo is a Senior Lecturer and Nutrition researcher at the Department of Nutrition and Food Science, University of Ghana. Her work focuses on maternal, infant, child, and adolescent nutrition, with expertise in nutritional assessment, human lactation and breastfeeding, infant feeding, maternal nutrition, childhood obesity, and malnutrition.

She has contributed to several major nutrition research initiatives in Ghana and is actively involved in teaching, student training, capacity building, and translating research evidence into interventions, programmes, and policies that strengthen nutrition practice and improve health outcomes.
