About
Dr. Gloria Adobea Odei Obeng-Amoako is a Lecturer at the Department of Nutrition and Food Science, University of Ghana. She holds a PhD in Health Sciences from Makerere University and an M.Phil. in International Community Health from the University of Oslo. Her research focuses on maternal and child nutrition, epidemiology, food systems, and policy research and evaluation.
She has contributed to research on child growth, maternal and infant feeding, food policy, and nutrition evidence synthesis, and currently participates in several research and community-based initiatives in Ghana. She also has extensive field experience with international development organizations and has contributed to the WHO Multi-Centre Growth Reference Study.
