GRASAG-UG Commences Summer Hut Project at Atomic Campus to Foster Inclusivity and Excellence in Graduate Studies

At a recent ground-breaking event, the Executive Council of the University of Ghana Branch of the Graduate Students Association of Ghana (GRASAG-UG), under the leadership of President Mr. Peter Mensah, has cut sod for a Summer Hut Project at the Atomic Campus.

The project which is expected to be completed in the first week of September, will serve among other purposes, as a place for relaxation, to hold group discussions as well as host visitors, for graduate students of the School of Nuclear and Allied Sciences (SNAS).

Making brief remarks at the sod-cutting event, GRASAG-UG President, Mr. Peter Mensah expressed heartfelt gratitude to all stakeholders involved in driving the initiative.

“Their collective efforts have been instrumental in propelling this endeavor from conception to reality”, he stated.

Mr. Mensah added that, “the Summer Hut Project is poised to create a dynamic and welcoming environment for students of the Atomic campus, providing a conducive space for academic and social engagements.”

He underscored the commitment of GRASAG-UG to its vision of promoting excellence in graduate studies and noted that the Summer Hut Project at Atomic Campus is a testament to the Association's dedication to nurturing an inclusive and thriving educational system.

Present at the event were some Senior Management members of the Atomic Campus of the University.
