Family Resource Management; management of the home and related family resources such as time management in relation to household task performance, work simplification methods.
Family Financial Management; spending practices and consumer credit use and their effect on family welfare, family expenditure and budgeting.
Management of household equipment; choices, proper use, care and maintenance to minimize fuel consumption.
Other research areas include; Streetism, coping strategies of street women and their children, income generating activities for informal sector women to supplement household income.
