- ‘Formative and feasibility assessment of opportunities for strengthening diary value chains in Ghana for improved maternal and child nutrition outcomes.’ A project funded by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) and the Department for International Development (DFID).
- ‘Agyeikrom Pre –School Project, Eastern Region’. A collaborative project by Department of Family and Consumer Sciences (Family and Child Studies), University of Ghana, Legon and the University of Kentucky, U.S.A. to support school feeding, training of pre-school teachers and caregivers, and improving conditions of parents’ involvement in schools.

- Extension activities in rural communities to improve the quality of life of individuals and families.

- The Early Childhood Center serves as a:
– Child study research laboratory / facility
– Child centered, play oriented educational center
- Training of Early Childhood Teachers
- Provision of advisory services to Early Childhood Centers.
