About

Francis Kwesi Nsakwa Gabriel-Wettey is a Ghanaian researcher and a lecturer at the Department of Educational Studies and Leadership, University of Ghana, Legon, Accra-Ghana. He received his initial professional calling as a Certificate ‘A’ teacher from the Komenda college of education. Earned Diploma in Business Management and Administration from the Institute of Commercial Management, UK. He holds both B.Ed in Technology Education and MPhil in Educational Administrational and Management from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. He obtained his PhD in Education Management from the University South Africa (UNISA). He is also a professionally licensed engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Ghana. Dr. Gabriel-Wettey has published a number of scholarly works in both locally and internationally peer-reviewed journals. His research and publication interests relate to educational administration, management and leadership, management development training, human resource management in education, electronic-education management, teacher education and professional development, technology education.
