Personality and Career Assessments.

In a counseling session, you can expect a safe, confidential space where you can openly talk about your concerns, whether it’s stress, mental health, academic issues, personal issues, or anything else. The counselor will listen carefully, offer feedback, and help you explore your thoughts and feelings. They may also introduce tools and techniques to help you cope, such as stress management strategies. Together, you’ll set goals for what you hope to achieve in counseling, and the counselor will support you through the process. Confidentiality is maintained to ensure you feel comfortable sharing.
