We are pleased to inform you that applications for the 2026 SEO Africa Global Pathways Programme are open. This programme is a career development opportunity designed to support African undergraduates in preparing for competitive international summer internships.
The Global Pathways Programme supports African undergraduate students by providing structured training, guidance, and application support for paid international summer internships with global partner firms, including Bank of America and Goldman Sachs. While SEO Africa supports participants throughout the preparation and application process, final internship selection decisions are made by the partner firms.
Eligibility Requirements
• African undergraduate student graduating in 2028
• Academic Standing of First Class or Second Class Upper
• Demonstrated interest in a specific team or division such as Engineering and Technology, Global Markets, Operations, Risk, Payments, or Investment Banking
• Open to students from all degree backgrounds, including STEM, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, and related fields. We strongly encourage STEM students to apply for the Sales and Trading Division.
• Willingness to commit time to structured preparation and training
