Dr. Thomas Tagoe

Biography
Dr. Thomas Amatey Tagoe is a Neuroscientist trained at the University of Leicester (UK) under Dr. Martine Hamann. He begun his independent research career in 2018 at the University of Ghana where he currently chairs the post graduate research committee of the Physiology Department. The focus of the Tagoe lab is to further our understanding of experience dependent plasticity within the brain in the hope of being able to control and direct this phenomenon as needed. Techniques used in the lab include electrophysiology, calcium imaging and behavioural tests (human and animal)
