The International Life Sciences Institute (ILSI) - UG Food Safety and Nutrition Centre hereby informs the general public of two short training courses to be held from the 11th to 22nd March, 2019. 

 

  1. Food Safety for Nutritionists and other Health Professionals (FSN) – March 11-15, 2019
  2. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System – March 18 – 22, 2019

 

Courses are open to:

Health Professionals, Food Industry Staff, Nutritionists, Catering/Hospitality Professionals, Agriculture/Veterinary Staff, Staff of Standards/Regulatory Agencies, Engineers, Police, CEPS Staff, Accountants, Lawyers, Marketing Officers, Students.
