PhD Graduate Studentships - Drug Innovation Group (DIG), Department of Chemistry.

 

The Drug Innovation Group (DIG) is a medicinal chemistry group at the University of Ghana (UG). DIG staff and laboratories are situated in the Frank Torto Building at the Department of Chemistry.

 

The DIG group has two fully funded PhD Positions in Organic Chemistry.

The applicant must:

 

  • have achieved a MSc/MPhil degree in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry.
  • be able to carry out independent organic synthesis.
  • be willing to supervise undergraduate students.
  • be willing to comply with the University's approved policies, procedures, and practices for PhD students.
