
Prof. Ezekiel Nii Noye Nortey
About
Prof. Ezekiel N. N. Nortey is an associate professor in the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science at the University of Ghana. He has served in various administrative roles, including Head of Department, School Examinations Officer, and Chairman of the Postgraduate committee in the Department. He is a well-established researcher with over 50 scientific papers published in reputable academic journals and conference proceedings and several research reports for organizations sponsored by international bodies such as UNDP and DfID. He has over 20 years of teaching experience. He has taught various courses such as statistical inference, statistical methods, official statistics, probability and statistics at the Undergraduate level, estimation and decision theory, hypothesis testing at the MPhil level, Advanced Topics in Mathematical Statistics, and Advanced Time Series Analysis at the PhD level.
