Currently, we have over 2000 undergraduate students and 60 postgraduate students. Students can major in the Study of Religions, or combine with other subjects as well.
There is an association for Study of Religions' students called RESAG. Religions Students’ Association of Ghana, University of Ghana branch (RESAG - UG) was established to foster and enhance coexistence among students of different religious persuasion in the department, the University and the country as a whole. The motive is to enhance unity and ensure tolerance among members of different religious persuasions. All students who read Study of Religions are automatically members of RESAG.
