This exhibition debate marks the 15th anniversary of the Philosophy and Classics Students' Association. It brings together the sharpest analytical minds from APHICLAS and LSU for a rigorous intellectual engagement on one of the most pressing questions of our time:

In a pluralistic society, should individual rights always supersede cultural and religious traditions when shaping public law?

The debate is structured to prioritise substance over spectacle. Zero marks are awarded for style, delivery, or theatrical performance. Victory will be determined purely by the strength of logic, depth of engagement, and structural integrity of each team's case.
