About
My interest in linguistics is rooted in a curiosity about what lies beneath the surface of the languages around me, especially Ghanaian languages. I am drawn to phonology, morphology, and syntax—how sounds pattern, how words are built, and how sentences come together with quiet precision. I am also interested in computational linguistics, particularly in how these systems can be modeled and interpreted by machines without losing their complexity. What interests me most is how technology can open up African languages to deeper study and wider use, especially those that remain underrepresented. For me, linguistics is a way of seeing structure in something that often feels effortless, and that is what keeps me engaged.
