Dr Clement Kwang is a senior lecturer at the Department of Geography and Resource Development, University of Ghana, Legon with a geomatic engineering background. Dr Kwang’s area of specialization includes Web GIS, GIS Programming, Geodatabase, Land use and land cover change analysis, Land surveying, geovisualization and cartography.
