Operating under the auspices of the Departments of French, European Languages and African & Asian Languages of the School of Languages (University of Ghana), The Transbureau is the leading provider of certified translation services in Ghana, highly recommended by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC). Currently managed by Mr. Luke Liebzie, The Transbureau was born out of an initiative of the distinguished scholar Dr. Victor O. A. Lamptey. Over the years, the Bureau has benefited from the leadership and expertise of prominent scholars and language professionals, including Prof. Robert Yennah, Mr. Bertin Bokomi, Dr. Emmanuel Kuto and Mr. Johnson Asunka, who served as managers at various periods.
