The Department of French, University of Ghana, invites language enthusiasts, students, professionals and anyone interested in translation to participate in a practical and engaging Translation Course designed to develop essential translation skills for today’s global environment.

The four-week course covers Specialised Translation, Ethics, and CAT/MT/AI Tools, including Trados, Smartcat and Phrase, and concludes with the Presentation of Certificates and Networking.

Dates: Every Saturday, 7–28 November 2026
Mode: Hybrid — 3 weeks online and 1 week in person
Cost (Tuition): GHS 3,000.00

Participants will gain practical skills for real-world translation challenges, enhance their career prospects in the global job market, and connect with language and translation professionals.
