This course introduces students to develop understanding and the expertise required to design simple analog circuits for applications and to solve practical problems. Concepts introduced in the course will be useful for courses such as signals and systems, digital signal processing, communication systems, control system, and other branches of engineering. The topics treated include overview of linear circuits and basic circuit quantities. Electrical circuit laws and theorems. Electrical circuit (DC) analysis methods. Electrical circuit theorems. Operational amplifier circuits and applications in inverting and non-inverting, summers and difference amplifiers, active filters, DAC, and instrumentation amplifiers. First and Second-order circuits and solutions. Resonance in circuits and applications
