The objective of this course is to equip students with the necessary knowledge, tools, and skills to analyze and understand basic analog and digital electronic components and circuits. The courses involved include: History of electronics from vacuum tubes to Large Scale (LS) through to Very Large-Scale Integration (VLSI) systems. Semi conductivity. Diodes and Diode circuits: Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJT), the physical structure of the BJT, circuit analysis.
