The Course and Lecturer Evaluation (CLE) Portal for the Second Semester of the 2024/2025 academic year for Medical Students [MB ChB Final Part I First Clinical Year (2024 – 2025) Class of 2027] will be open from Monday, July 21, 2025 to Friday, August 1, 2025.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO EVALUATE AND VERIFY YOUR REGISTERED COURSES FOR THIS SEMESTER.
The Course-Lecturer Evaluation/Verification Link will be available on the UG homepage from Monday, July 21, 2025. It can also be accessed on smartphones and tablets.
DIRECTIONS FOR EVALUATING AND VERIFYING COURSES
i. On the UG Webpage, click on Course-Lecturer Evaluation/Verification Link (Under Featured Links)
[You will be directed to your Student Services Portal.]
ii. On your Student Services Portal, evaluate each course you have registered to activate the course verification link.
[Ensure that all the courses you are studying this semester appear on your portal.]
[Where you need to enter the name of a lecturer, ensure it matches with what is in your course outline.]
iii. Proceed to verify each course you have evaluated
[Contact your Department or forward your concerns to the Academic Quality Assurance Directorate’s email address at aqad@ug.edu.gh for any assistance on the evaluation exercise.]
