The Academic Quality Assurance Directorate (AQAD) presents its compliments.
As we progress through the academic semester, it is important that your academic records remain accurate and up to date. This includes confirming that the courses you have registered for (as well as the lecturers assigned to them) correctly reflect your programme of study.
Please note that accurate course registration is essential not only for your academic progression but also to ensure that you are able to participate fully and correctly in the Course and Lecturer Evaluation exercise when the portal opens.
To support this process, we kindly request that all students take a few minutes to review and verify their registered courses and assigned lecturers. Completing this simple exercise will help prevent issues such as incorrect timetables, missing grades, or delays in academic processing later in the semester.
Visit (https://sts.ug.edu.gh/services/login) and click on “Verify your registered courses and lecturers” to confirm your registered courses and lecturers.
This process should take not more than a few minutes, but it is extremely important for your academic success and for the smooth administration of teaching, learning, and course lecturer evaluation activities.
If you identify any discrepancies, you will have the opportunity to report them directly through the verification portal for prompt action.
