We provide IT support services to UGACC staff and students and endeavour to resolve most of your problems and issues relating to ICT at initial contact. We escalate IT support requests we can not handle to a team at the main campus.
We provide technical assistance for the following:
- Network
- WI-FI configuration
- IP phone
- Projectors and other classroom technologies
- Sakai
- Computers and other desktop devices
- ITS
The ICT team operates from the computer lab in the second floor of the Library Complex Building, and we are open Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
