With reference to the notice sent on 21st May, 2024 on the subject “Provision Made By The University Of Ghana For Changes To Students Particulars”, I write to draw students attention that approval is granted for “correction of students biographic particulars”  and not complete change of particulars. As previously communicated, this may be requested by currently enrolled students during registration session of the first semester of each academic year ONLY.

As a special concession to accommodate final year students, a window was opened for correction of biographic particulars this second semester. The end of this window has been extended to 20th August 2024.

Procedure for Correcting Particulars:

  1. Application: Students must apply to the Director of Academic Affairs via email at aad@ug.edu.gh  using their official UG student email address.
  2. Eligibility: Requests will only be accepted from registered junior members. Requests from non-registered, graduated students, or third parties will not be considered.

 Students are to take note of this and act accordingly.
