Education

Dr. Morgan obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with Classics in 2008 at the University of Ghana, Legon. In 2011 he obtained a Master of Philosophy in Philosophy degree from the same university.

-The notion of the public interest and the possibility of better attaining it

-Individual autonomy vis-à-vis the public interest

-Traditional African values in the contemporary global world

-African ethics and morality
