Laurene Boateng is a registered dietician and a lecturer in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.
She teaches courses in Medical Nutrition Therapy at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
She currently serves as the clinical placement coordinator for the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.
She is a member of the Ghana Dietetic Association, The Ghana Nutrition Association and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
